VHAVLE & COMPANY, Chartered Accountants (FRN 013027S) is a Proprietorship Firm established in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India on 22nd March 2011 and registered with "The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India".

CA. V J Anand Rao, the proprietor of the firm, (membership No.208670) has over 12 years of post qualification experience with large corporates in different sectors, in the fields of Internal Audit & Control, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Financial Accounting & Management, Financial Reporting under both Indian GAAP and US GAAP, and Corporate Tax Planning.

The firm also has Corporate Finance vertical, supported by Mr. Sreenivasa Rao V Vhavle, a Commerce Graduate also holding certificate from Indian Institute of Bankers as a Certified Associate. He has over 26 years of experience in the area of banking, with specific expertise on Corporate Finance to deal with structured finance options for SMEs, mid size and large corporates.
The firm is also assisted by qualified professionals not only in Bengaluru, but also at Chennai, Mumbai and Hyderabad, as associates.
The combined knowledge of more than 38 years of promoters in the fields of Audit and Corporate Finance puts the firm on a better ready pedestal, believing strongly in creating and adding value to its clientele.
